By submitting your application and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

General Information

We DO NOT supply tables, chairs, or booth infrastructure. Vendors must come fully equipped.

Payment is required in full at the time of application to secure your booth spot at each event.

If vendor capacity has been reached or your booth is not accepted, you will receive an immediate refund and notification.

No other refunds will be issued, except in cases of acts of God or documented medical emergencies. In such cases, please contact the  board directly.

We do not accept food trucks, small businesses, or entertainment vendors who do not hold valid business documentation or required permits.

Vendors selling food or beverages must have valid insurance and applicable licenses (e.g., street peddler permit).

Outside alcohol and dessert vendors may be accepted, but may be required to show Certificate of Insurance (COI) and follow venue-specific guidelines.

Vendors may be vetted by MAF—we do not allow duplicate themes or services at the same event-theme dependent.

Booth size is limited to 10x10 feet. Vendors are responsible for their own power sources, tents (if applicable), signage, and booth construction.

Conduct & Appearance

“420-friendly” businesses are welcome, but no sampling of products on-site is allowed.
